No obligation to accept
You can walk away at any point, before or after an offer is made, with no cost to you.
Closing costs and fees
We pay the standard closing costs in a normal sale. Unusual items such as liens, back taxes, or code violations are handled separately and disclosed before closing.
Property condition
We buy as-is. You are not required to make repairs, but you do need to own the property or be legally authorised to sell it, and you must tell us about known defects or claims against it.
Use of this site
